EARLY LIFE
Damini Ogulu was born in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on July 2nd, 1991, but grew up primarily between there and London for 10 years before relocating back to Lagos permanently with his family when he was 16. His love for music began at a young age.
Burna Boy can be said to be born in an Upper-Middle class family. He had his Primary and Secondary school education in Port Harcourt Rivers state, Nigeria. He had his Tertiary institution education at the University of Sussex, Bereton Montessori where he got himself a degree in Media Technology.

MUSIC CAREER
There have been a lot of achievement and recognition through out his music career, but we will focus only on his most vital industry works.
He cane into limelight after releasing his hit track, Like To Party, which was a track among his 2013 debut studio Album titled L.I.F.E. He released his second studio Album titled On A Spaceship on the 25th of November, 2015. He also released a debut studio EP in 2016 titled Redemption.
In 2018, Burna Boy started gaining international recognitions after dropping his third album in 2018 titled Outside on the 20th of January. The album included hits like Ye (which he said was an inspiration after getting drunk), Heaven's Gate, Rock Your Body and lots more. The Album also won an award as the Best album of the year at the Nigerian Entertainment Awards.
He was part of the group of African artiste who worked and featured on Beyonce's The Lion King: The Gift album. He wrote and recorded the single, Ja Ara E on the Album. Other Nigerian artiste on the album included the likes of WizKid, Tekno, Yemi Slade, Tiwa Savage, and international artists like Shatta Wale and more.
He released his fourth studio album titled AfricanGiant on the 26th of July, 2019. The Album was a success and contained numerous hit tracks like Anybody, Killing Dem ft Zlatan Ibile, Gbona, On the Low, Dangote and more. We can say that the African Giant Album have memorable hit tracks.
In 2020, Burna Boy Began recording his fifth studio album during the Corona Virus pandemic Lockdown and released it on the 14th of August, 2020 titling it Twice As Tall. This Album won him a Grammy Award for Best World Music Album at the 2021 Grammy Awards. Making him one of the Nigerian Males To win Grammy Awards alongside WizKid that same year.
In 2022, Burna Boy released his sixth studio album titled Love Damini.
