Ahmed Abiola Akinbiyi popularly known by his stage name, Bella Shmurda is a Nigerian Singer, Performer and songwriter. He was born on the 27th of January, 1997 (currently 26 years old). Bella Shmurda initially wanted to become a rapper at first but changed to singing afterwards (guessed it worked out good for him). More posts content below.

EARLY LIFE
He was born on the 27th of January, 1997 in Okokomaiko, Lagos state, Nigeria. He had his primary and secondary school education in Badagry Grammar School, Lagos state, Nigeria.
He had his tertiary institution education in the Lagos State University (LASU) where he studied History
Not much is known about his family background or relatives but he always make mention of his mother in some of his songs and on interviews. We now go straight to his music career.

BELLA SHMURDA MUSIC CAREER
According to sources, Bella started recording music in 2013. His music break out came about, after releasing his song Vision 2020. After a link up with popular Dancer and social media influencer, Poco Lee, Bella Shmurda was introduced by Lee to Olamide (YBNL Boss) who collaborated with Bella Shmurda and did the remix of the song Vision 2020 in 2019 and it became a hit. Bella told a little story of his struggles in life in the song and the whole song also is about the struggles and troubles of life.
Bella Shmurda was formerly signed to One World Global Records, but presently has his own record label called Dangbana Republik. He released his first/Debut EP titled High Tension on the 27th of January, 2020 (hmmm nice move, he released his first EP or studio work on his birth day).
The High Tension EP contained 7 tracks which are: Ginger Me, Omni potent, liquor, sho momi, upgrade, vision 2020 and Amope. Some of the songs were hot tracks like vision 2020 and sho momi.
After his High Tension EP, Bella Shmurda collaborated with other artistes whereby he is featuring or was featured. He has been in collaborations with the likes of Olamide, Masterkraft (popular DJ), Zlatan Ibile, Davido, Lincoln and more.
Bella Shmurda is still releasing Hitz and Jamz back to back and he is not stopping anytime sooner. We hope to see more of him in the future. (Actually I'm a fan of his).

His song cash app, won the City People Music Award for the street music Award of the year category in 2020. He aslo won the City People Award for the next rated artiste in the Male category. He aslo won the Revelation of the year category award at the City People Music Awards, all same year.
He was nominated for the next rated artiste at the 2020 Headies Awards alongside his industry comrades Oxlade, Omah Lay and Tems.
He was nominated and won for most played street hop song category at the Net Honours in 2021.
He was nominated at the 2021 AAFRIMA for best collaboration on his cash app song ft Zlatan Ibile and Lincoln.
And finally, won Artiste of the year Award at the Gbedu music awards. (wow, within a short period of time, bruh gatherd all this).

According to sources, the exact net worth of Bella Shmurda is not known. But he is said to have an estimated net worth of about $500,000-$700,000. This post will be updated as time goes on.
RELATIONSHIP
Before the fame, Bella Shmurda stated in an interview that he had a girlfriend who was pregnant for him. However, they are no longer together and the baby?? Ho ho ho ho ho according to him on an interview called Tea with Tay. At the moment, Bella is not in any relationship.

CONTROVERSY
It was believed that Bella Shmurda always get high before going on stage. This was very popular then, as the singer misbehaves while on stage and starts making funny movements as that of a person who is high on good stufffs (he he he).
He himself confirmed this on one of his songs Rush. He stated why are they asking him why he is always getting high, he then said, cos high way, that's his way (he he he).
This is the most popular controversy related to Bella Shmurda. But all in all, he's a great dude (ah never meet am sha he he he).

Bella Shmurda sings using the Afrobeat style of singing, little touches of HIP HOP and RNB can be noticed too. All in all, he's versatile.
